I am running MSN Messenger 7.5 (0311) and MS PLus. I have a Logitech WebCamPro 4000. OS is XP Pro SP2. All was working properly until today. NO hardware or software changes have been made. When I launch a web cam video session I can see the other person, they can see me, they can hear me but I cannot hear them. Next to their video in the upper right is a red circle around the speaker and when I try to click it to unmute the speaker it will not unmute. The drop-down bard under their video picture will also not permit me to unmute the speaker. All other sound on my system is coming out of the speaker properly. Also, I can conduct an audio only conversation (two-way) in MSN Messenger.

Any thoughts?

i also have this problem... i find if i do webcam and audio seperately it works but it is annoying that this way doesn't work...
