Im new to Messenger Plus, but I heard you can tell if someone blocked you or not, how could do tell? I know if you sign in and a pop up showed that they opend up your msn notification popup, and their not online it means they blocked you. But what if they did not click that msn box... how could you tell?

Sorry where ever you heard that information from it is incorrect. It is a breech of privacy to do so and Patchou will not do it.

Well if they have W2M (it's currently down) you could just look at their status image if they are online

or add bot2k3 and check if they are online there.
