[font=Arial][size=1][color=purple]Since downloading Message Plus to my MSN Messenger (7.5), I can no longer use my winks! When I try to use them I just get a message about needing to have the latest version of Macromedia Flash (which I already have). They worked previously. My mum is having the same problem. I have Windows XP.
Please help!

I don't think this is Plus! related as i already had it installed and i got that very same message too all of a sudden when receiving a wink (and winks always worked).
Just install it when it prompts you, it will be a one time thing.

I already did just to be sure, but as I said, I already had the latest version.

Please note that you must install Flash Player using Internet Explorer for winks to function correctly in Messenger.

Yes I can see a picture of it, but it doesn't actually play! I did use Internet Explorer to install it.

If it doesnt play then your flash isnt downloaded properly. Do you have admin rights on your PC?

Maybe I'll try uninstalling Flash and re-installing it first. Then if that doesn't work I'll try doing the same with msgplus!

I have the same problem as this guy, shockwave and flash etc play fine in IE pages and everywhere else EXCEPT in msn since I installed plus.
If I reinstall flash as requested then yes it works fine until I next reboot or restart messenger and then I get the error message again.
I am unable to see dynamic display pics or winks without reinstalling flash each time I use messenger.

Okay I uninstalled MSN and Plus and reinstalled them and have the same problem. Anyone else having this problem?

Are you behind a firewall (like ZoneAlarm). I had the same problem with Winks, and it was ZA stopping it from being used because it recognized it as an "animated pop-up ad"

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling msgplus and flash but it still wont play winks, and I still get the message to install latest version of flash!

i got the same thing with ddp's and winks, could be a fuckup in 0322...
