is there anyway to use an intigrated video card, AND an AGP slot video card at teh same time?

It depends on the motherboard. From the way you phrased you question, I assume that your motherboard won't let you use both at the same thime, and if so, there isn't some secret hack that will unlock a feature for you. The motherboard just doesn't have the capability (like most).
