Is it possible for MSN Messenger (or Plus) to be able to record when your speaking contacts change their status from things like Online to Away, Busy to Online and so on and to appear in the same way as the normal log?
Also, if you dont start a conversation with that person, when they change statuses?

Theres the event viewer.

If you go to plus!> preferences> logging> event logging, activate the check box called "Record all Messenger events to a file". The different events like status changes will be saved as a text file into a desired folder.
