anyone figure out where to download this thing, other than the banner ad in hotmail?

i did when i saw it, and i downloaded it. my sister wants it too but never sees the banner ad. i'm looking for a website that maybe has it available to download.

if you downloaded it cant you just install it then or did someone delete it?

It seems to be only available in australia (at least that is what the links says).

How you get there (and how I found it):
1) Go to http://messenger.msn.com/
2) There you'll see on the left side the link MSN Messenger WorldWide
3) Click it and select "Australia" to go to the Australian MSN Messenger page
4) There you'll see on the left side the link Download a theme for Messenger

it was all instant and only left a cookie in my computer.  it's not the page that you sent me too.  what i got has 3-5 winks,backgrounds,dynamic display pics, backgrounds, and animated emoticons.  this is the cookie it left. does it tell you anything about where this theme pack originated?

The only thing I can make out of that is http://pepsico.com/ which doesn't contain anything related to what you want (as far as I can see).

I followed CookieRevised's steps exactly and i was able to reach this page. I then clicked on an icon to download it and a popup window appeared allowing me to do so.

LKB make sure you have any popup blockers disabled and try to access the theme pack again

sorry haydn...not the page i'm talking about.  it was a banner ad above my hotmail inbox allowing instant installation, not a website page that i visited.  i guess it was a one time thing for people who saw it at that time 'cuz nobody knows what i'm talking about except another girl who wrote similar stuff in another blog elsewhere.

I was able to find this. I'm pretty sure it's the one you're looking for. It lets you download an mct file but I have no idea how to install it. Maybe someone else on the forum knows how to do that. The mct file appears to be just an archive of some sort ... I can extract the contents but I'm not really sure where they go.
I too found this great Pepsi theme pack but lost it when I reinstalled MSN Mess 7.5. I found it again when I opened a conversation window and clicked the packs popup. That's actually where I found it originally.

just rename the .mct file to .mco, and then download the mco-installer available in the downloads section on that site. it works!

Just simply go into a chat with your friend, and where it allows you to change your font, has emoticons, winks, and backgrounds etc.. click on the gift.  I hope that helps!
