Did you send the error report to Microsoft?
What did they respond with?

I got that it was a driver error caused by some virus and my anti virus crashed my pc when reading it :)

It was easy to remove, just annoying that my pc crashed.

I had a look here which has a simular error. You might want to read it. It has a couple suggestions:

quote:
thanks...simply deleted the minidump folder did the trick

I'd recommend:
Run system Restore in safe mode and restore to previously known good configuration

How long have you been getting this error?

I'm confused. We was talking about an error you was getting now someones hacking your computer :S

If it was me i'd do system restore toabout a day ago.

I thought Plus! could only show custom names by enabling view contacts by email address? Is this not what is changing it?

no u dont have to enable view contacts by email.

well i just got home and noticed that my computer had restarted once again b/c it got hung on some stupid floppy disk error in the bios as always.  so i pressed F1 to continue boot up.  then this message came up saying there is no boot disk insert it or whatever...i opened the tower and replugged in the IDE and power cables of the HDD and then restarted and everything was fine with that.  then msn was back to normal and i have no idea what the results were for Symantec AV since the computer restarted...
