MSN 8.0 LOADING ERROR - Printable Version

MSN 8.0 LOADING ERROR by opherrichards on 01-08-2006 at 01:02 PM

I have recieved an invite, installed the program, however, when I come to load it i reviece the following error:

I have tried uninstalling, and deleting the msn directory in Program Files.

I have uninstalled all plugins to my origninal msn, but this error still occurs.

Can someone please help me!!

Do you have Windows XP?

Windows XP Professional, SP2.

Try clearing your catche and re downloading Windows Live Messenger. :)

Tried almost everything!
Clearing cache, uninstalling, deleting, checking registries.....
Atm I am stuck with using Windows Messenger :(

Hint... It's called BETA.. Thus could contain bugs...

Report them to Microsoft in order to improve it!

It's also called Windows Live Messenger and NOT MSN 8.0 :)

If all fails, remove and install msn messenger again.

Not being able to initialize itself on a perfectly standard and tested operating system that it runs properly on for everyone else is a bit more than a bug.
