Ok I was helping a friend who was downloading Messenger Plus and he was having a lot of trouble ( not very good with computers ) anyway I thought I'd download it again so i could help him. Since having downloaded it again my commands n tags don't work even though the box in preferences is ticked....I also can't see the color in peoples names.
Can anyone help me out here?

tags might have to do with the TABS of the convos, as the shortcut for going to the next convo when tabbed is ctrl+tab
