AND What programs would i need to make a site?

DreamWeaver+Flash+FireWorks?

Cuz im sort of new at makin sites.

Just to prevent you wasting any money, you can try out your webpage from your harddrive. So, no need to get any domain before you have the page up and running, and after that you should run it on a fee server first.
I have no idea how experienced you are, if you knew this and think it is obvious I'm sorry, if not then I didn't waste the precious forum server space.

In order for others to see your website you will need to upload it to some webspace (well, its the most likely way) and you will also need a domain for people to visit it by... I reccomend dreamhost as Ddunk posted earlier, follow that link.

To make the actuall design you will need to know HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and if you want it to be any good, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). As of what you ought to use to edit them, I would say notepad.

If you want to make graphics, Adobe Photoshop is great.

And you will need Flash to create the kind of content in your link.

I believed he would know, as me and him are in regular contact. Guess not then.

I hope to someday be able to provide a system as good as dreamhost. Soon, my system will be better, but I cannot provide something like dreamhost could due to their experience, and they have a team taking care of things. I'm alone.

Well im curently downloading CSS thing and dreamweaver MX 2004*pirated* and im waiting for it to finish..  but yeah, i'll just learn, cuz im sort of new to site making.

You're downloading CSS ? CSS is not a program
