I recieved this email from a source I do not think is safe. Opinions?

1) the email is "communications3.msn.com"

2) you can't tell anything from an email address anyway

if it doesn't work copy and paste into the address bar instead of clicking the link.. when i clicked the link it went all stupid, but when i copied and pasted it worked fine (using Opera).
