At the moment it is not finished. It will be quite a few months.

It is going to be a closed beta which means your going to have to be a tester choosen by Patchou to test it. The date we have is this friday February 10th.

There is no release date yet. It will be released when it's ready. Please, be patient.

Also, as far as I know, the application for beta testing has ended. Patchou will announce the chosen testers by the end of the week.

as others already stated above, you will have to wait till the official release of the final Windows Live Messenger. Only then Messenger Plus! Live will be released to the public.

If you are testing WLM then you should be using it without any add-ons like Plus because they could cause bugs. Also the messenger team have a habit of blaming any problems on plus if you use it

Yes.. it's going to take some time for WLM to get out of the bèta, this because there isn't even a public beta of it. (And yes, I am testing it)

I'll be happy when both are released, but I am also happy as it is now. How longer it takes to complete, how better it becomes when using.

Messenger Plus! Live will only be released when:
A) It is out of beta, tested, and finished
B) When WLM becomes public and is not beta anymore either

This is the normal flow for every Messenger Plus! version.
Changes can occur at anytime (eg: Patchou releases a public beta version; but this hasn't happened since a long while)

Messenger Plus! Live will be released around the same time when Windows Live Messenger gets released. You just have to wait. There's no way to get it before that time if you're not a tester, and testers have already been choosen.

No date is known yest, but i suspect end March or somewhere April.

As we have all stated, and I will state again, there is no way your going to be able to get your hands on the beta. There are strict security measures that will prevent you from using it unless your an offical tester.
