I heard somewhere that dynamic display pics are stored as flash files (.fla) and i wanted to possibly edit/create them with flash but i can't find them on my computer. I googled it and could not find a tutorial. Could anyone help??

no , you cannot do that, they are digitally signed by microsoft, if you edit them, it wont be valid and they wont work

damm-o is right, ofcourse you are able to steal other pplz display pics though.
