I seen something similar with Bill Gate's demo about windows live. It didn't have resizing for images though.

id do everything i could with it and then get really bored of just messing about with a few colours and resizing a few images although it has to be said: that still is one of the coolest things ive seen....

It's cool how it respond on different ways of touching the screen, e.g. to resize an object. Very cool, I only have no idea what I can do with it.
