when i install it it works fine but if i close down my comp wen i load it up again it doesnt work. it just says that i have msn mesenger on allready when i don pleas pplz

Are you talking about Messenger Plus! or MSN Messenger?

So I prosume you have MSN Messenger 7.5? Correct me if I'm wrong.
When you start up your computer, what exactly happens?
Do you get any errors? If so, what do they say?

Are you installing it on an administrator account or a restricted user account?

Then run MSN Messenger from C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe
If MSN Messenger doesn't run, it's a program with MSN Messenger, not Messenger Plus!, probely.

What is it you are trying to do exactly?
You trying to start Plus! after MSN is started by clicking on something? If so then don't, if you see Plus in the menu of MSN (main screen, where contactlist is) then all's working fine.
If it isn't there please explain youself more clearly in what it is that is or isn't working and what you tried to solve it. Also state wich MSN Messenger version (exact nr found by going to help > about) and wich Plus! version you are using (Plus > about).
