This plugin worked fine before, but now that I tried to install it on another comp it keeps giving me this "could not register dll". HOW can I fix this/ get this to work again properly!?

Do you have any programs running that might prevent writing in the registry, like for example AdWatch (part of Adaware SE)? See if it will install with as less programs running as possible (if need be in safemode).

no already tried that ( killing any programs like adwatch)

How about in safemode on the account called "administrator"?

but i don't know, adwatch alwas displays an alert when something tries to add/remove something in the registry
