i cant download messenger plus. It says the security settings on my computer wont allow it. I resent my security to low and it still wont allow. What am i doing wrong

try downloading from one of the mirrors available

Do you have IE-Spyad installed? I use to have this problem a while back (IE-Spyad blocks Plus! website).
