& i just re-downloaded it.
& i forgot my pass.
how to i get into my prefrences & stuff not knowing my pass?

Do you mean your password for your email?? There is no password to run Messenger Plus!...

you know how theres a pass to lock your msn?
it says theres a pass, & don't know it.
like if i go to my contacts list,
then click plus, & then prefrences it says; The prefrences of the current user has been locked by the administrator of this acount. You need to enter a password to view or change the prefrecnes

my suggestion is to uninstall plus, and reinstall it

Phoenix has a feature which will clear it for you. It is a plugin for Messenger Plus!. Just install it and enter this into any convo: /xpunlockprefs

It will not recover your password. It will just remove the lock that was set in place.
