my computer crashed and i forgot my msn password before and i had to get my secret question and answer right etc.
anyways i went on my msn and all my contacts dissappeared and also my msn space dissapeared, ne help?

i guess that in that case, somebody have hack u account, there couldnt be another reason

they got your password. are the contacts still on your hotmail list? you could added them from there.

Someone may have guessed your secret question, or you password.
then changed your password, and deleted everything.
You can regain your contact list again by making sure you save a copy of your contacts.
Looking here for how to backup your contact list in the future:

i dont think so, because its only been less than 1 day and i dont think any1 can hack it

im the one who guessed my own secret question, no one else.
but why did it all reset?

try going to tools >> options >> privacy. then right clicking on each contact in your allow list and selecting "add to contacts"
it may take alittle while but you'll get your list back

i dont have it yet WLM yet i only have the messenger 7.5
but why did i lose my msn space

my option should still work on MSN 7.5 as well on WLM, but i have no clue why you lost your MSN space

If you go to the options part in your hotmail inbox... and go to where you can change your password... if you look around on that page there should be another option that says something about secret question/answer
