can be had a nick name dynamic, written flowing or that they change color in automatic rifle?

It could be done but that would be irritating for your contacts and the servers wouldn't like it

What kryptonate means is that this hasn't been made and it would be a bit difficult because of the limitations put in place by Microsoft allowing only a certain numer of nick name changes per minute.
