I've been looking for games that are based around a story line like GTAIII, Vice City and Mafia. Does any one know of any other games that are about gangs or mafia or are simular to GTA or Mafia.

What about, The Getaway I think it's called.

I really like The Getaway, I played it for hours when it first came out. I always get stuck on the level on the tanker though. You should get that one.

Max Payne... I think that's a Mafia/Ganster typeone.... I've only played it once or twice at a friend's house...

Max Payne 1 & 2 is probably one of the best games ever.. It's really addicting.. The only problem of max payne is its lack of content, because you get so addicted to the game, you'll go through it in no time.. i've beaten Max Payne 1 once 2 years ago and Max Payne 2 twice this year..

I bought Max Payne 2 one day, and had completed it by the next. It was quite a good game, but all of the cut scenes get very annoying. The game is too short though tbh.

i liked driver 1 better than 2 and 3 though.

its the buggiest game iv ever played the graphics are ok, but the animation on the people sucks, the 1st one is the best tbh, the new one is out now it think...

Driver: Parallel Lines

I really want to play on Driver: Parallel lines, it actually looks quite good. I agree with Joe, don't get Driv3r, I played it for like 20 minutes and had to restrain myself from throwing the PS2 controller out of the window.

max payne is  tooooooooo easy, clocked it in 1 day then sold it back to the store.  and since it was back within 7 days of purchase i got the full price back.

ill reccomend Constructor 2 :Mafia Underworld or sometihng.

im having alot of trouble downloading it, apparantly its abandonware now but i cant find any solid links or torrents.

the game is a Mission based RTS game. you basically get missions (one example is like "create a source of income and eliminate your enemy"), while it sounds fairly cliche it still managed to interest me for hours.

if you or anyone can find it a link (in a pm is fine) would be greatly appreciated.

50 cent's bulletproof is a great game for Mafia/Gangster games!
