its not public beta. after click on get it now it still will be redirected to the signup page at ideas.live.com. its still a managed beta of WLM.

the thing is, it looks like the current build, and the current UI, but in that one, they have fixed the colour scheme

Well, the earliest I've heard of WLM becoming officially released is sometime near the end of May, but that's not to say that there won't be a public beta anytime soon. And to RebelSean and the other BT's: yes, we would be informed of a public release, plus it would be listed on the MS website.
