Is there a program that saves .ram streams and converts them to mp3 or some other format. PReferably without installing real player (I use real alternative )

If it's a stream, then I highly doubt it. Unless you record it yourself using camtasia or audacity.

Or just use windows built in recorder and plug a cable into the mic and speakers at the same time

Have you tried with flashget?...Sometimes it works
