You want to know what all of the hype is about and have already seen some of the screenshots of leaked versions?

Well, Patchou has just lifted off the NDA from the beta and testers are now allowed to talk about how great he, and MP!L are.

Keep an eye out for a huge wad of reviews. Dane tells me he is writing one and I suspect that places like mess.be ( http://www.mess.be ), MessengerMad ( http://www.messengermad.com ), as well as all of the other Messenger sites will also have related coverage.

It's actually not that hard to get used to at all. It's all arranged logically and it's quite clear where to find what option.  I think it's not only more pretty, but also more userfriendly.

accordign to your screenshots tabbed convos are there ?

does that mean patchou has them working already as if i remember rightly i said MPL! would have them around version 4.10 are so

Well all the fetures will be put into the new MP!L so don't worry if you don't see them now. Plus there shal be alot more features that you guys will love the fact that it is easier to make MP!L scripts/plugins and the new chat log viewer. Don't worry nothing will be hard to find in this version the GUI is much easier to use and blends in with WLM.

Some features won't be in the initial 4.00 release, but will be added back in the 4.1 or 4.01 release, can't remember which.

Also, as it hasn't been said yet, the background colour of all the windows (ie. preferences, event viewer, etc.) changes colour to correspond to the colour you've set Windows Live Meessenger as. for example, Chris Boulton's screenshots have a blue background, because he obviously has his WLM set on blue, where as mine are green.

Hi! there is something like a sdk or a guide for the scripting system?

I believe (not confirming or anything) that Patchou intends on releasing a SDK to the plugins shortly before releasing Plus! Live Publically...not 100% sure though, so dont take my word for it.
