Not that I know of: have you searched here, Mess.be and MSN Fanatic? And maybe Google? You never know

i've never come across renaming emotions, good luck with that maybe if you find one, ask patchou to put sometihng similar into MSGPLus Live..

Maybe ask someone who is good at programming to script one for the new Plus!Live! if its possible for when it becomes publicly available
