if you download WindowBlinds and find the VistaXP theme, then you will be able to use it

if im not right im sure the Vista theme was taken out of windowsblinds due to microsoft kicking up a stink

AFAIK it was the icons, it may have been the entire skin. I'm not for sure.

It might have been removed from where Kol put it....but its still on random sites
