My sister was a bitch and deleated ALL of my pictures.  I didn't know that so when I got on the computer I emptied the recycle bin because she keeps downloading and deleating music and stuff.  Anyone know how I could get those pictures back?

When you delete something, you don't actually remove it, because that would take ages. What your computer does instead is simply marks it as "this space is empty" and overwrites it when it needs to. If the data is still in good condition and hasn't been written over, you can try to find an Undelete tool to recover this data.
