This is not really a Plus questions, more of a MSN Messenger one. I use Messenger 7.5 and Plus. When i try to send or view Webcam, my msn crashes compleatly on the connecting stage. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSN various times but it still wont work. Has anyone got any ideas???

Try it without Plus!, though that really shouldn't make a difference. Just want to rule everything out.

Aside from that, check your webcam drivers are installed correctly, and run the Audio and Video Wizard in MSN.

How do i check my drivers are correctly installed, i tried the wizard, but no good/

Right Click my computer>>>Properties>>>Device Manager
In device manager look for your webcam if its not there you need to reinstall it.

if the wizard is picking it up means its probably not installed.

If the Audio and Video Wizard picks up the webcam, then it is installed. Still, it's worth checking Device Manager, to see if it's reporting conflicts.

Try reinstalling your drivers, and the latest version of Msn Messenger.

Have you got a high-speed internet?

I audio and video wizard picks it up and the drivers are installed. I have broadband internet which i use on wireless. I also have the newest msn available. It dosnt work with windows messenger as it says i need a newer version of it.

it's not a TRUST camera is it? my old trust cam used to blue screen my pc after a minute of use

I had that once, try turning i off,or try it without plus.
