hello,

I downloaded Messenger Plus, everything worked fine...

I installed the plugin called stuffplugin...but now i cant use that plugin... when i click on the tab plus, i dont see the word plugin...

so with other words.. Messenger Plus doesnt reconise the plugin...

when im in a conversation, i can go to the tab plugin--> preferences, there is a tab that is called plugin, when i click that i see: not loaded: stuffplug-ng

what can i do to fix this!?!?!

i got the newest msn, the newest Messenger Plus, the newest stuffplugin...

Go into the Plus! Preferences, and then select plugins... Be sure that Stuffplug is checked in the Plug-ins section.

yes i did that, but it just keeps on saying: not loaded..

Try reinstalling the plug-in

once you have checked it in the plugins restart msn, if that does not help do this in this exact order

uninstall messenger plus!, and stuffplug, there 2 seperate programs under add or remove programs. 

close msn down completely, install messenger plus!(if msn comes up again close it again) install SPNG, open messenger and sign in, spng should now be working and just make sure its checked in the box

I uninstalled everything in the correct order... after that I installed everything again in the correct order, but when i start my msn for the first time i got this error: an error occured loading the following futures.. i made a screenshot of it...

nothing of the stuffpluging works after that...it seems that Messenger Plus doesnt reconice that plugin?

just disable that feature, it does not work correctly with all versions of messenger, after you select yes, spng should woork just without that feature, thats how it is for me at least

Euhm, i cant get my plugin working at all... none of the features work...  the whole plugin cant get loaded....

That happened to me once when i updated MsgPlus i just re-installed the old version and it worked again, have you restarted your computer and then checked if it works?

yes restarted more as 10 times already
not working....

but you say you installed an older Messenger Plus?
is it somewhere for download available?

got it working now... i needed to do something in my regedit....

The solution from the stuffplug forums, for other people with this problem:

Go to Start>Run and type in regedit and press ENTER.

At your left you see some different 'HKEY' directories. Doubleclick on 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER'.

Then doubleclick on the directory Software, then Patchou, then MsgPlus2, then the directory with your email in (for ex. bill_gates@hotmail.com), then Preferences, then Plugins.

From there you click only once on the directory stuffplug-ng.dll.

You should now see in the main window alot of registry keys. Search up the registry key called "Enable" and doubleclick it. A window comes up called Edit DWORD Value.
Write in a "1" (without the quotes) instead of the "0" that is there.

Well done! You should now restart MSN then SPNG should load. If SPNG fails to load once again just do the steps again.
