Hi 
Do you know how to move emoticons,quick emoticons settings,display pictures and Plus! sounds from my previous msn address to new one?Is it possible?Thnaks for your help...

Messenger Plus settings is easy.
Plus -> Preferences -> Backup
Login to new account
Plus -> Preferences -> Restore
DP/Emotes I do not believe to be moveable from one to another. Although, there are programs out there to add icons/dps on mass. You may want to look into one of those to re-add them.

To export Plus! sounds you cannot simply backup your Plus! preferences. You should export all your current sounds into a soundpack and import that soundpack on your new account later on.
