what is the width and height i should use to create display pictures??

you could also have print screened a conversation window, then pasted it into paint.net/photoshop/other, then just cropped it down to the size in the window and just select it all, copy and click "CTRL+N" (or file>new) and the size there will be the size of your document (if you copyed it befor eopening a new window )
