plz help messenger wont sign in I ran a troubleshoot and it said that that key ports wasn't right plz help! What must I do?

it says: Failed to connect to the service. This could be due to improper proxy or firewall settings. Please review your proxyand firewall settings. blah blah blah click repair nothings done about it, wont fix it plz help!

its a different error code now its 80072ed its to do with the firewall ive checked the windows firewall and thats ok but I know its somethnig to do with the firewall of my anivirus Bit defender 9 standerd does anyone know how it alter it?

# Control Panel
# Network Connections
# Properties
# Advanced
# Settings
ok now make sure the ports MSN uses are open, there should be a check mark next to them msmsgs TCP and msmsgs UDP

Ive checked and theres not any msmgs tcp or msmsgs udp
