A friend tell me about if exist a plug in or program to see what is writing your contact before this press the enter key, and only can think in this forum to answer this ask, can you help me pls

There is no such thing, it would be an invasion of privacy. What is it to you what someone writes before sending anyway...he/she could be just correcting spelling or accidently have written stuff in the wrong box...

there was a thread about this before, and its not an invasion of privacy if the other person willingly installs the plugin because icq has such a plugin

Yes... but you both need to have it then... and I'm sure some people would try and put it on their friends computers by telling them it's something it's not.
