Will the Messenger Plus! Live Beta be translated to all languages or will it only come in english?

Yes, it will be translated into many many different languages

Comapred with previous Plus 3, Plus Live won't be available in all languages of Plus 3 because the less used languages have been removed. However, be sure that Plus Live will be translated into the main and most used languagues (spanish, french, italian, dutch, chinesse, japanesse, arabic, german, etc, etc, etc....)

I don't know the complete list and I may be wrong in those languages I said. I only can affirm that spanish will be (because i'm one of the spanish translators ), however I know that Patchou only removed the less used languages and according to Domain Name and Languages and similar threads, those are quite used languages

do you mean "spanish (latin)"? It refers to the spanish spoken in south-america, not to the dead-tongue latin . Anyway, in Plus Live will only be one version of Spanish, valid for both Spain and South-America.
