Something I have always loved about MsgPlus is its possibilitie to check pop3 mails from the msn windows and even open mail webclients with a single click. However there is something that has always bothered me... It is something very simple, but I would like to know if it's because of some internet browser configuration, or if this is because plus has been programmed to do that:

When you have already opened an internet browser window (your default internet browser, for example IE or Firefox) and you click on the pop3 account windows from plus, instead of a new window opening with the email webclient in it, you have your last browser window opened changing its url and opening the clent there... Ok, it's easy to open a new window before that, and so you don´t lose anything... but all the same, I don´t understand why to do that...

I don´t know if someone undertands what I am talking about (I'm sorry, my English es pathetic )

i have it open in a new tab in ff, i think yu can change it in the settings (of firefox)

This is fixed in Messenger Plus! Live . All links are now opened in new windows.

Because not all browsers have tabs *cough* IE *cough*.

When did I say it didn't?

actually talking about the pop3 feature, it seems to have stopped working as for tbCat's browser concern, telling firefox to force a new tab for links opened by external programs (this setting is found under "tabs" in FF 1.5) seems to fix the problem. Internet Explorer users can do something to the same effect by clearing the "use existing browser windows" checkbox in settings->advanced

The POP3 feature won't just stop working randomly: you'll have stuffed up a setting or something.
