how can i insert an image in a mail i am sending? i m using gmail and i cant really find any such option?

Well as far as i know, attaching images will result them to appear in the email with no need for you to add them.
However you might want to set the place of each image, umm for me, i never knew how to do that, except by using some email software such as outlook, outlook express etc...
