Press the shift key 5 times to turn it on and to turn it off.:)
Edit- you need to click 'Cancel' to turn it off, 'Yes' to activate anf 'Settings' to view setting

Thanks its working now, after i went to ctrol alt delete, and deleted the process IE. Dont you mean hold it 5 seconds to turn it on? you cant turn it off like that, and you have to HOLD it.

You dont have to hold it. You need to press it 5 times within 5 seconds to turn on and off. See my first post carefully.

If you want to disable Sticky Keys all together then do this:

Control Panel
Accessibility Options
Uncheck all boxes (no ticks in the boxes)
Go to settings of each one and uncheck Use Shortcut.

It won't happen ever again.

Could be also set on start-up - It's done that to me before now for some crazy reason

go to run - type msconfig - hit enter - go to start-up and look to see if it is there - disable the entry - restart it should be gone.

(That's if it is there)

I can't remember the name that came up for it's start-up though sorry
