I installed msn live, and Messenger Plus live , I installed both, but then when I open msn live I clik on plus and it says "software not loaded" it says that an error ocurred that didnt let Messenger Plus live load, can someone help me plz????, i Have installed both the lastest versions, reintalle, everuthing I an think of... and nothing works ... help!!!

Do you have the absolute latest version of Windows Live Messenger (8.0.0792) ? (Find out in Help -> About Messenger, on the contact list window)
If you don't, download the latest Windows Live Messenger here
If you do, try re-installing Plus! and, if necessary, Windows Live Messenger again

I have already done all that and it doesnt work , any other suggestions????

no need to reinstall or uninstall or anything , just make sure that u have the latest veriosn of windows live messenger which is currently 8.0.0792 , and the latest version of plus live , which is currently 4, 0, 0, 235 , they released another version in the same day or something , everything should work fine after having both versions , enjoy
