Hi, I just downloaded the messenger plus live but I can't see my nick in colors!!!!
and I can't use the sound feature, or the color feature that appears in the conversation window

I don't know why!!! Please sb help!!

when you go to change your name in personal settings, you'll see a button called "format codes"
type your name in, then choose a colour from "format codes". You can also choose to make your text bold, italic etc...
click ok when you're done.

how come i have similar problems too? i wanna add a new nick name but it wont let me right click at all

i just installed the plus live, i have instaled it like for about 4 times and also the live messenger but when i check where it says plus it says software not loaded help plz

Amaia, the only thing I can think of is that you're using 792 build of WLM (that's a beta, right? =p)

but I have 792. It works fine. And I downloaded it - some time after it's supposed removal - from the site at messenger.msn.com.

I have same problems as Amaia

when contact is on desktop i can see it in colors and in the tray i can see it without codes, but when i open main window of WLM i can see just codes but there is no any colors

Hi, i am having similar problems, when i put a code on my name my name just appears to have codes in front of it and no colours. Also the messenger plus live, format panel, and  emotion sounds in the conversation box wont work. Please help!
