To make live easier for devs it would be extremely cool to have a tool to visually create and edit PlusWnd XML files. This could be a simple standalone tool, and it doesn't actually need to use the same eye-candy plus! uses for it's windows, as long as it outputs valid code.

Yea I've been working on a Window GUI designer, as part of Script Studio for mpscripts.net, it will also include a script editor and a script packager wizard. I'm hoping to get a beta release out soon and keep updates coming out quick so people can start using it and giving me feedback

Amazing. I was just looking for a similar tool last night ! Adjusting pixel by pixel made me crazy. Hope it's out soon.
