If you mean Polygamy (running to Messenger at the same time), yes there is use A-Patch [ http://apatch.ikhost.com/wlm.php ] or use Mess Patch go to Mess.be downloads and search for Mess Patch and get the one for your version of Messenger.

In MP!L preferences, it's under Messenger --> Main.
Btw a polygram is the line made by a polygraph - a lie detector
