Please help me i can downlode sounds from the mpsounds webbie but the 1 wont play on chats and 2 i cant recieve new 1's : HEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP ME PLEASE!

Can you explain in more detail please? What happens when you try and download them? What happens when someone sends you a sound?
