OK so i downloaded messenger live off this site.
and when i go to open the application it says
C:\Documents and Setting\Alex\Desktop\MsgPlusLive-400 is not a valid Win 32 application.
PLEASE HELP!!

Delete the file and try downloading again from these mirrors -
