Did you get it?
I had my last post in Patchou Fan Club and it does exist in the thread but nomore in the Latest Posts 
. Yes i had refreshed before capturing the img.

You both posted at the exact same second. 
The fact that the "last post" info doesn't match what is actually shown in the thread is more of a limitation than a bug.
