Are you using Windows XP with service packs?
Also, are you using the latest Messenger Plus! Live 4.0.235 from the official website www.msgpluslive.net?

yes i have service pack 2
and this is the oficial last version

Hello, I didn't search this section until now, so I posted my problem in here.
So basically I have the same problem as the topic starter. I use WIndows XP SP2 and I get the same error. I also downloaded the version in the official website. May someone help us out?
