I am unble to see the colors, that is i could only see the code of the color altough i am using messenger live and pus!live.. Did anyone encounter this problem ? Please tell me the correct way to fix it

Please uninstall WLM,
Delete Its folder in Program Files
Reinstall WLM
Problem should be solved.
Please try it, it will probably fix your problem...

wat do u mean to uninstall WLM (i take it u mean Windows Live Messenger)
I tried uninstallin it and downloading it again and it still didn't work.
i need help and im finkin it has to do wif somefin in the preferences or sumfin.

As Voldemort has stated. Uninstall WLM (As you have said it as Messenger Live), and Uninstall MSG Plus! Live.
Delete the WLM folder in program files (note: WLM folder is written as MSN messenger still),
restart your PC,
reinstall both.
Hope this method help.

Where do i reinstall it from. Do u mean i have to download it again, or is it still on ma comp after i go to the control panel and uninstall it from there.

This is wat i've done in the past to try and get it. As u know my nickname which doesn't appear in colour on ma msn. Also, i cant c oda peoplez colours in their nickname. Wat i did was uninstalled the Messenger plus (wateva the new one is called) program from the Control panel and then downloaded it again. It still had that problem. I then dl it from a friend via the conversation. It still didn't work. Plz help.

helloderhelp .. i have the same problem as u. at first i thot was my setting got problem but i did every thing the same as my bro com but i am still unable to see too.. HELP

Voldemort, u der bro!!! need help... jus read wat i said and tell me where i have to re-install it from. At the moment, im finkin of uninstallin it from the Control panel fing, and then i delete some folder from Program files. Then i fink ur tellin me to re-install it from this website.

Yes, Unistall them from control panel, delete both folders from program files , download them again from ideas.live.com [for wlm] and msgpluslive.net [for msg plus! live] and install them again.
It should do the trick
