How to recreate this: RE: [BUG] /me command by matty on 07-04-2006 at 03:49 PM Its not a bug, its execpted behavior to see >. RE: [BUG] /me command by haydos on 07-04-2006 at 04:26 PM
As Matty said, the original point you rose is expected behaviour, that is a limitation. quote:As for that, I can confirm (This only works when the first thing you say is the first action) RE: [BUG] /me command by noroom on 07-05-2006 at 07:10 AM
quote:Yeah, I had a couple of friends try it out too, and they could all confirm it. For some reason, the "boldness" of your font affects the /me command if you say something more than 2 times in a row, when having "Show 'contact says:' before every message" disabled. Patchou? It's your turn RE: [BUG] /me command by RaceProUK on 07-05-2006 at 10:51 AM
quote:Probably because of the way WLM works. It doesn't necessarily turn the bold off before the next line, especially if it's going to be in the same font as the last. It should be possible to work around though. RE: [BUG] /me command by noroom on 07-06-2006 at 07:33 AM Can someone please tell Patchou about this thread? RE: [BUG] /me command by lordy on 07-06-2006 at 09:10 AM easy tiger =/ he doesn't come on here every day! He'll get to it when he has time =p RE: [BUG] /me command by noroom on 07-06-2006 at 02:23 PM Oh, I'm not in a hurry. Sorry if I gave that impression. I just wanted to make sure this doesn't go unnoticed. RE: [BUG] /me command by noroom on 07-12-2006 at 01:36 PM
And despite my best efforts, this issue hasn't been acknowledged yet. RE: [BUG] /me command by RaceProUK on 07-13-2006 at 10:08 AM One way you could work around it for now is to append the format reset code '·0' to the end of the message. I'm not 100% sure if this will work, because of the action message special characters, but it's worth a try. |
