i have tried all the suggestions as to how to get the colour in my dp name uninstalling MsgPlus &wlm but still dont work
also can some one tell be what colour tag sytax is plz

Whats that? Do u mean Display Name?If you do then use the format codes to do so.
If u can view the codes and not color then -

allright...I got it but...

...how can I colour my nickname then?!?
...after clicking in there I can visualize my contacts' names coloured, but how can I colour mine?!?

in a convo, type:
/name [Press CTRL+R], choose your color]My Name
