i am unable to install my WLM after i uninstalled it.. an error message comes out saying:
"extracting file failed. it is most likely to be caused by low memory (low disc space for swapping file) or corrupt cabinet file"

please do help!.. before i uninstalled the programme.. my backgrounds wont stay and my personal messages will be gone each time i sign in and out

Do u have enough disk space in the C:/ directory?

Also try deleting
The Temp folder is located in \Documents and Settings\(username)\Local Settings\Temp.

Application Data is a hidden folder so, In my computer go to Tools>Folder Options>View and check show
hidden files and folders to view Application Data.

as for the application data which one do i dele or do i clear the whole file?

up till now.. it doesnt work.. and on start up.. i recieve an error stating my WLM plus is not properly installed

Please clear your cache and redownload and reinstall, the installation is probably corrupt...,

the cache as in using the disc cleanup?

if im using firefox, is it the same? anyway.. i tried but im still unable to install

I had the same problem when i download the file from live.com direct link.. seems like M$ has purposely corrupt that link file.

Search from other d/l link on the web.

I can't login after installing WLM, the sign-in just doesn't complete..

Heard that u have to sign-up as beta user to use WLM..

im able to install it again by copying the installer frm another computer and installing it over in this comp..

but i still have a problem whereby my personal messages will get erased and my chat window's background wont stay either..
