HEY PEOPLE... I AM SORT OF PUZZLED ABOUT THE MSG PLUS! LIVE ADVANCED TEXT FORMATTING TOOL... WHY CAN'T I SEE MY CONTACTS' DISPLAY NAMES ALREADY FORMATTED...? I CAN SEE NO MORE THAN A LOT OF CODES 
BESIDES THAT, I CAN'T MAKE USE OF THE EMOTION SOUNDS FEATURE... DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM? WHAT SHOULD I DO TO FIX IT?

Uninstall WLM and Plus! Live
Delete their folders in program files
Reboot
Redownload WLM and Plus! Live
Reinstall
It should work

True, but my friend has this same problem and there was no "riched20.dll"
